Direct Care Staff
MVJRC direct-care staff have bachelor’s degrees in fields such as psychology, education, sociology and social work. All staff are certified in non-violent crisis intervention techniques by the Crisis Prevention Institute.
 

Consultant
MVJRC contracts with professionals who provide oversight and consultation for mental health and medical health care services for the facility.

Advisory Committee
MVJRC has an Advisory Committee that is independent of program operations and provides a link between the program and the local community. The committee meets quarterly to review program and service delivery.
